Also, please note that we encourage all students to book classes in advance so that our teachers and coaches are able to plan accordingly.

We offer options to drop into a class as well as larger hourly packages. In this way all students can mix and match their practice to fit their own needs. Please be sure to book in advance, even for a drop in. We have no payment options in person right now.

Please be aware of the stated expiry dates on all hourly packs. We have given what we feel ample time to use these. Any remaining hours are lost unless prior communication has been had.

We have a 24hr cancellation policy on all classes unless otherwise communicated.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BAMBOO LEGS

Bamboo Legs is a lower-body strength class designed to build leg power, stability, and endurance while maintaining fluidity and ease. Through a mix of functional training, mobility drills, and balance work, this session develops strength that supports real-life movement, not just isolated exercises. Expect a well-rounded approach that blends traditional strength exercises with dynamic movement patterns to enhance joint health, coordination, and athleticism. By integrating controlled intensity with mindful progression, Bamboo Legs helps you develop a foundation of strength that doesn’t feel rigid or restrictive but instead promotes freedom and efficiency in motion.

Whether you’re looking to enhance performance, improve injury resilience, or simply build strong, capable legs, this class will leave you feeling grounded yet light—ready to move with confidence and stability in any situation.

HANDSTANDS & MOBILITY


Our Handstands & Mobility class seeks to offer an engaging and potent mix of skill, conditioning and relevant mobility.

Dive with Dan into aspects of skill relating to the balance and rebalance of the HS. We will offer conditioning drills and progressive mobility for both upper and lower body

WEDNESDAYS 6-7pm at Chisenhale Dance Space


Bamboo Body takes the same approach to movement, helping you develop resilience, coordination, and adaptability. Guided by Samantha Emanuel, this session blends non-linear movement, rhythm, and improvisational tasks designed to sharpen reflexes, deepen body awareness, and enhance creative expression. Expect to explore a mix of floorwork, spiraling motions, and dynamic movement patterns that challenge stability and fluidity in equal measure. Whether navigating unpredictable movement tasks or refining your sense of timing and rhythm, this class encourages playful exploration while reinforcing strength and mobility in a way that feels natural and intuitive.

Suitable for all levels, Bamboo Body is for anyone looking to move in a more expressive, unrestricted way. Each session will challenge both body and mind, leaving you feeling energised, more connected to your movement, and ready to adapt to whatever comes next.

MOVEMENT MOBILITY

Movement Mobility is open to all levels and abilities.

The course takes a holistic and inclusive approach to physical training, blending structured progression with space for organic exploration. Designed to enhance agility and ease of movement, it invites participants to challenge and open their bodies through a dynamic mix of floorwork, movement games, improvisation, and experiential anatomy.

Participants will explore partnering ideas drawn from contact improvisation, manual therapy, and martial arts to improve balance, reflexes, and coordination, while nurturing movement qualities such as softness and elasticity.

The course also covers foundational soft acrobatic principles, including various types of rolls, cartwheels, and moving handstand patterns. Each session is designed to offer a full-body workout and stretch, leaving participants feeling energised, balanced, and inspired to dig deeper.
